Monitrol’s Research & Development personnel make up a complementary team of highly qualified engineers and technicians in product design. Their area of competence encompasses hardware and software design, compliance engineering with standards or technical specifications, prototyping, infography and technical writing. Team members excel at computer-aided design in electronics, mechanics and infography and use a wide variety of testing equipment in electronics and compliance engineering. Research & Development engineers work closely together to ensure the lowest development and manufacturing costs while optimizing product performance.
